Return Policy

At Dugout Reserve, we specialize in collectible, limited-edition, Japanese-exclusive, game-used, and specialty baseball gloves. Because of the unique nature of these products, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Buyer's remorse
• Incorrect size or fit
• Personal preference
• Color variation due to screen settings
• Change of mind
• Normal leather characteristics or break-in preferences

Please review all photos, descriptions, and measurements carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Misrepresented Items

If you receive an item that is:

• Damaged during shipping,
• The wrong item, or
• Materially different from its listing description,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If we determine that an error occurred on our end, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement (if available), store credit, or a refund at our discretion. Final-sale policies generally do not override obligations for items that are defective, damaged, or materially misrepresented.

Condition of Products

Many of our gloves are handmade, imported, vintage, or collectible. Minor variations in leather, stamping, stitching, or finish are normal characteristics and should not be considered defects.

Unless otherwise noted in the listing, all items are sold in the condition shown in the product photos.

Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Dugout Reserve is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
